Obituary of Tonya Heidi Milliman

Tonya Heidi Milliman, age 50, gracefully departed this world on May 25, 2023, surrounded by the warmth and love of her cherished family.

Born on January 10, 1973, in Albion, Michigan, Tonya was the beloved daughter of John Moreno and Penny Erskine. Tonya was preceded in death by her beloved father, John Moreno, and her precious grandson, Landen.

Tonya leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion, her husband of 18+ years, Peter; her children, Jordan (Conner), Tyler (Katie), and Derek (Aubrie), were the light of her life, and she treasured every moment spent guiding and nurturing their dreams. Tonya's granddaughter, Temperance, brought immeasurable joy and delight to her life, and she adored watching her grow and Justise who granted her with 2 wonderful grandchildren that she adored.

Her brother, Jon and her mother, Penny, shared a bond of unconditional love and understanding. In the hearts of her family, Tonya will forever hold a special place.

Tonya's love extended far and wide, touching the lives of many. She leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, adopted children, and close friends who were profoundly impacted by her genuine warmth and kindness.

A heartfelt celebration of Tonya's extraordinary life was held on Saturday, June 3 2023, at the Milliman family home. Family and cherished friends gathered to honor her memory, sharing stories of her radiant spirit and the profound impact she made on their lives.

Tonya will be remembered as a beacon of love and compassion. Her kind heart and unwavering dedication to her family were a testament to her beautiful soul. She had an innate ability to uplift and support others, always extending a helping hand.
