Milton D. Pickens, age 88, beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandpa, and friend, passed away July 2, 2023. Milton was preceded in death by his parents, Wiley & Mary Hellen (Noah)Pickens; brothers, William (Bill) Pickens, Devern Pickens; sisters, Laura Clark, Emma Watkins, Lillian Miller, and Maryann Johnson; son, Richard Pickens; and grandson, Milton (Bud)Toner.

Milton, a Midland native could be found building, hunting, fishing, checking in on family, & catching up with friends at his favorite coffee stop. Milton was known and relied upon for his wisdom and knowledge as a farmer, handyman and building nearly anything. He will be sorely missed by his loving wife, Marlene (DuBay) Pickens; sons; a daughter; 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10 AM, August 12, 2023, at Floyd Church of God, 1015 W. Chippewa River Rd., Midland Michigan 48640. Pastor George Stuart will officiate with a luncheon to follow the service.
