Willie, age 85, passed away July 4, 2023. He was born June 12, 1938, to the late Willie Crestwell and Annie Mae Jefferson (Tucker) in Belzoni, Mississippi. He enjoyed singing, cooking, listening to his Blues, and laughing and cracking jokes with his friends and family.

Surviving are five children, Terrance (Chermisia) Williams, Marceless Jefferson, Karl Jefferson, Gladys Johnson (Jefferson), and Lisa Jefferson; five grandchildren, Londyn Williams, Parys Rogan, Tawanda Jefferson, Jathaine Jefferson, and Janiya Espinoza; and sister, Barbara Robinson. He was predeceased by his mother, Annie Mae Jefferson (Tucker); father, Willie Crestwell; and sisters, Catherine Crews and Clora Handy. Our family would like to give special thanks to his staff, Niya Laury, Iesha Johnson, and Mattie Johnson for all the countless hours of love, care, and kindness you devoted to our father during his time of need.
