Carl, age 55, of Sanford Michigan, passed away August 5, 2023.  He was born in Midland Michigan on June 16, 1968 to Terry and Patricia (Jacobs) Ames.  He worked in the area for many years, having worked in many different industries.  He loved fishing and riding motorcycles.

He is survived by his father Terry (Sandra) Ames; brother, Eric J. Ames; a half-brother, B. Christopher LeGendre; a nephew, Eric Ames; an aunt, Lynn (Terry) Chantiny; 4 step-brothers; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many friends.
