Larry, age 76, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2023.  He was born in Bay City Michigan on May 20, 1947 to the late Arthur and Marie (Reou) LaRose.  He was a 1965 graduate of St. John’s High School, a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and the American Legion.  He served his country in the United States Army and worked as a glaizer for over 30 years. 

He enjoyed camping, boating, sports, pets, family, and building sheds with his father-in-law, Bud. He was also active bowling, golfing, fishing, and coaching.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sue; sons Christopher and Scott (Melissa); granddaughter, Riley; sister, Jean Thompson; brother, A.J. (Masami); sisters-in-law, Kristine (Bruce) Smith and Patricia (Kurt) Mauritzson; and many beloved nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother-in-law, William Thompson. 

A service has been held.  Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to the Wishes of the Family or Immanuel Lutheran Church.
