Obituary of Beverly Ann Schumacher

Please share a memory of Beverly to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Beverly Ann Prime Gangler-Schumacher was born February 9, 1942, the first-born child of four, to the late Edna (Sattelberg) and Elmer Prime. One of our Lord’s beautiful angels went to be with our Lord September 20, 2023.

Beverly spent her life being an amazing daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She had so many countless family and friends that she cultivated deep personal connections with, becoming a special person to many. She was always up for a game of cards, dice, even up to the days before her passing. She always loved friendly competitions and conversation. She had a deep appreciation for music, loved to dance, photography and enjoyed playing the piano. Beverly loved horses and one of her favorite places was outside with nature.  Beverly grew up as a farmer and attended Columbia Corners as a young child. She furthered her education at Sebewaing High School and graduated in 1960. She continued to farm in her adult life and worked for Walboro Engine Management for 30 plus years until retirement. Beverly had a grand sense of adventure, traveling to Canada and an infamous cruise trip to the Bahamas. One of Beverly’s most fervent passions was shopping and garage sales. She always made time to stop and talk to acquaintances, friends, even strangers, and stayed active on social media through her Facebook account with friends. She was always trying to uplift, encourage, spread the word of Jesus and love everyone.

Beverly is survived by her four children. Her daughter, Christine, and her family Jason (Pina), grandchildren Brooklyn, Brady, and Bryson; Christy, grandson Liam; Timothy (Laura), grandchildren Alejandro and Coral. Her daughter Cindy, and her family TJ, Becca, and Jalen.
