I wish to offer my sympathy to Duke’s family. During my first three years on the Police Department he and I worked together a lot. He taught me the right ways to handle situations and we always had a good time together. Later on he did a great job heading up the Administration Division. Jim will be missed by all that knew him, I’m sorry for your loss.
