Sheehan, Kenneth D. “Ken”                                                                                                           Bay City, Michigan

Our loving husband, father and papa, Kenneth Dale Sheehan, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2023 at Toni and Trish House with his family by his side at the age of 71, after a courageous battle with cancer. Ken was born in Bay City, Michigan on April 29, 1952 to the late Andrew S. and Margaret A. (Gillman) Sheehan.

Ken was united in marriage to Judith E. Pudvan on May 24, 1974. They had 49 blessed years together raising three children, Jessica L. Rivard, Elizabeth A. Jones, and Dale (Lisa) W. Sheehan. Along with his children, his grandchildren were his pride and joy, Loryn M. Jones, Ethan S. Swincicki, Kayla R. Jones, Jacob L. Swincicki, Andrew P. Sheehan and Jaxon L. Sheehan. He also leaves behind his bonus family, mother-in-law, Frances R. Pudvan; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry (Carol) Pudvan, Jackalyn (Denny) Lohr, Janet (Charles) Humphrey, David (Grace) Pudvan, and Stephen (Elizabeth) Pudvan; along with 11 nieces & nephews and 11 great nieces & nephews.  Ken was predeceased by his parents; father-in-law, Francis “Bibs” Pudvan; his grandparents; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

There were many camping, motorcycling and snowmobiling trips with "The Gang".  He was predeceased by two of his best friends, Walter Rice and Gary Mechling, we are sure they met him at the gates of heaven along with his parents.

He enjoyed bowling and coaching his children and many other children for over 30 years. He started coaching in 1989, becoming a Level II coach. He was a director on both the Bay City YABA board and the MI State YABA board. He was an advisor/coach of the Tri City Youth Classic Travel League with his wife for 22 years. He was a member of Bay City Moose Lodge #169. He enjoyed playing cards, board games and watching Michigan and Lions football with his family. He worked at Bay City Milling before its closing in 1994. The family then moved to Prescott where he enjoyed boating and family time at the lake. He took a job at West Branch Computer, later becoming the owner, until he retired in 2015 and moved back to Bay City to be closer to family.

Ken’s family would like to thank the McLaren Hospice & Toni and Trish House nurses, aides and volunteers for the wonderful care you gave Ken in the last few months of his battle with Cancer.
