Pat, age 69, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, passed away Saturday December 30, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Peter and Elsie (Egeler) Bartels, September 10,1954. She was married to Thomas DeVeaux who predeceased her in 2018. Pat retired from General Motors and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. she loved going to garage sales and finding treasures.

Surviving are one son and three step-daughters, William (Briana) Bartels of Texas, Michelle (Matthew) Kubiak of Grand Rapids, MI, Jennifer (Thomas) Smallwood of Saginaw, MI, Kari (Dustin) Leach of Saginaw, MI; three sisters, Penny (Jerry) Thomas of Omer, MI, Candy (Dick) Illikman of Saginaw, MI, and Marsh Langford of Pinconning, MI; ten grandchildren; her beloved dogs, Missy and Patsy; and many nieces and nephews. A Special Thanks to niece, Cheryl MacDonald for her help in our time of need. 

Cremation has taken place per her wishes, and no funeral service is planned.
