Lawrence J. McShane, of Essexville Michigan, lost his battle with cancer on Sunday March 17, 2024 at McLaren Bay Region. He retired from the City of Bay City as a Bridge Tender, but continued on the Bridges as a contract worker. He was born in Bay City on May 29, 1951 to Lawrence E. McShane and Venza (Pedit) McShane.
He is survived by a sister, Mary Shea of Essexville; brothers, Earl (Dorothy) McShane of Punta Gorda FL, Paul (Hilda) McShane of Flushing MI, and Bruce McShane of Selkirk NY; niece, Shannon; nephews, Michael, Douglas and Francis McShane.
