Obituary of John Harold Vuillemot

John Harold Vuillemot, age 84 of Pigeon, MI passed away on Friday, March 22, 2024 surrounded by family at McLaren Bay Region. He was born February 15, 1940 in Bad Axe, MI to the late Henry & Marion (Smith) Vuillemot. John married his wife of 52 years, Ruth Roberts on May 1, 1971. He worked at Active Industries/Tower Automotive for over 41 years and retired in 2004. He loved watching his old westerns and spending time with his family was his favorite thing to do. He also enjoyed his daily lunches with his wife over at the Lamplighter restaurant in Sebewaing. 

John is survived by his wife, Ruth; his children, Brenda Guardian (Leonard Young), Robert Vuillemot, and Brian Vuillemot; grandchildren, Kyle (Rebecca) Guardian, Sean Guardian, and Doug Vuillemot; great-grandchildren, Owen, Mya, Mary-Ella, Payton, and Olivia; and brother, Earl Vuillemot. He was preceded in death by his parents Henry & Marion; his 4 sisters, Pearl, Rose, Diane, and Elaine; and his brother, Jim.
