Cynthia “Cinbad” Marie Ferrell was born on October 29, 1959, in Evanston, Illinois, to the late Alberta Ferrell (Flemings) and William Ferrell. Cynthia gained her heavenly wings on March 26th, 2024 due to courageously battling a short illness. Cynthia was a very charismatic, funny, and such a lively person to be around. Cynthia really loved to joke, laugh and be around family.
Cynthia is survived by her three loving sons Michael Ferrell (Saturian Ferrell), Maurice Ferrell and Dejuan Ferrell (Jessica Bell). Alongside her children, Cynthia has six grandchildren Michael Ferrell Jr, Ma’Kyla Ferrell, Destiny Richardson, Temandre Ferrell, and Zaidreyhana Jackson. Cynthia also has five furry grandchildren, Legend Ferrell,Tiny Ferrell,Taz Ferrell,Cash Ferrell and Yola Ferrell. Cynthia, leaves to cherish her beloved memory three siblings, Helen Ferrell, Carolyn Ferrell, Sandy Ferrell. Cynthia leaves a host of extended family and friends including nieces, nephews, and cousins to adore and cherish her loving memory.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her loving Mother and Father William Ferrell (Tallahassee, Florida) and Alberta Flemings (Evanston, Illinois), her two brothers William Ferrell, Billy Ferrell, and her beautiful sister, Tina Ferrell.
The family of the late Cynthia Marie Ferrell would like to express their gratitude to McLaren Hospice, a special thank you to Michelle, RN for being the best hospice nurse our family could ever ask for, Cynthia was well taken care of during her last days here with us and it’s all because of your unwavering compassion to care for others in such a special way. Thank you.
