Glenn was born on December 4, 1952 to the late Robert Sr. and Lylis Lomba. He graduated from T.L. Handy in 1971 and served four years in the U.S. Navy.  Glenn was an avid sailor, spending his summers on the bay and racing the Port Huron-Mackinaw and Chicago-Mackinaw races every summer. 

He is survived by his children, Jayne (Dan) Maciejewski, Joe (Jessica) Lomba, and step-daughter Christine (Andrew) Siefert; grandchildren Mallory Maciejewski, Jolee Lomba, Conner Chope, Noah and Sharlotte Siefert; brothers, Robert Jr. (Donna) Lomba, Richard (Linda) Lomba, David (Cindy) Lomba, Bill (Laurie) Lomba, and sister, Ramona (Rod) Little; many nieces and nephews and dear friend, Nancy Roseberry. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents.
