Obituary of Rose Marie Colosky-Loafman

Rose Colosky-Loafman of Caro Michigan, passed away peacefully at home with family on July 15, 2024. Rose was born on September 24,1940 to the late Vincent and Mary Miceli of Vassar, Michigan. Rose was full of life, and loved listening to polka music, dancing, playing the slots, and spending time with family and friends.

Rose is survived by her three sons, George (Debbie) Welsh, John (Nancy) Welch, and James Welch; grandchildren, Angie Sage and John Curtis, Andy Welsh, Deana (Kelly) Coleman, Jammie (Mandy) Welsh, Joe Welsh and Toni Schnell, Alicia Welsh and Shawn Sanders, and John Welch and Angela Baxter; many great-grandchildren; two great-great-granddaughters; and sisters, Fran Hennessey and Angie Wietfeldt; and brother, Peter Miceli. She was preceded in death by Clayton Colosky and Bernie Loafman; and brothers Tony, Mike, and Joe Miceli. 

Rose was an active member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church where services will be held at 11 am, Friday, July 19, 2024, 1400 Cleaver Road, Caro Michigan. Pastor Mike Wester will officiate. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to Lighthouse Baptist Church.
