Obituary of Lisa Diane Poultney
Lisa Diane Poultney passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving
family, on July 13, 2024.
Lisa resided in Bay City, MI. She was born on June 24, 1963 in Milwaukee,
WI.
She is the daughter of the late John Clifford and Elsa Mae Zepnick.
She enjoyed traveling, camping, walks on the beach, and spending time with
her grandchildren. She loved her precious puppy Fiona, the Green Bay
Packers, and especially her beautiful family and friends.
Lisa is survived by her loving husband Charles H. Poultney IV, sons
Jeffrey J. Amundson (April), and Bryan J. Amundson (Megan), brothers
Michael D. (Nancy) Zepnick, Gary A. (Jan) Zepnick, and Keith J. (Patty)
Zepnick, nephew Zachary Zepnick, nieces Carly Brennan, Samantha Bekeris,
Aimee Zepnick, Chloe Zepnick, Nicole Zepnick, Haylei Zepnick,
granddaughters Nora Mae and Evelyn Rose (Jeff, April) Amundson, grandsons
Ezekiel John (Jeff, April) Amundson, Aiden Romeo Timothy Glaspell (Bryan,
Megan), Ryan James Weber Jr. (Bryan, Megan), Uriah Carter (Bryan, Megan)
Amundson, as well as several grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Our dear Lisa was loved by so many and will be deeply missed. We look
forward to the day when we will see her beautiful smile and personality
again.
