Obituary of Pamela Susan Baker

Pamela Susan (Kegley) Baker passed away at her home in Bay City, Michigan on July 20, 2024. She was born on February 26, 1960 to the late Daniel and Judith Kegley. She graduated from John Glenn High School in 1978. She enjoyed spending time caring for her immaculate garden, camping, bird watching, and decorating for every single holiday. Her home was well known for her flowers and the lights she and her husband, Kevin, displayed for Halloween and Christmas. She was preceded in death by her parents. Pam is survived by husband, Kevin Baker; daughter, Emily (Kyle Noel) Mammel; Emily’s father, John Mammel; sisters, Kim (Shaun) Wade and Wendy (Shawn) Groshens; and three nieces.
