Obituary of Barbara Jean Dziuban

Barbara Jean Dziuban, age 73, born on August 24, 1950, wife of Steven Dziuban, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2024, surrounded by her family.  Mother of daughter, Stephanie and (late Cory Rutkowski), grandchildren Trevor and Corinne, daughter, Mary and (Kevin Thompson), grandchildren Benjamin, Hailey, Donovin and Carley and son, Charles Dziuban and (Nicole Weber). 

 

She is also survived by her sisters Theresa Devault of Merrill and Holly Estabrook of Sanford, as well as her cherished companion, her best puppy friend, Lily.  She was preceded in death by her parents Virginia & Norman Devault.

 

Barb was born and raised in Bay City, Michigan and later moved to Twining, where she raised her children and later enjoyed a career in massage therapy.  She was residing in Standish at the time of her passing.  She was known for her love of crocheting, cooking, baking and her love of chatting with family and friends.  She was a strong-minded individual who faced life’s challenges with determination and resilience. 

 

Barb will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.  In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to The American Cancer Foundation or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
