Stephen L. Kacer, age 82, of Saginaw, passed away August 3, 2024. He was born January 1, 1942, in Midland Michigan, and later served his country in the U. S. Military. He retired from G.M., and enjoyed traveling, gambling, bingo, and cards. In addition, he was an excellent artist and will be remembered for all of his great pictures.
