Marsha was born on February 9, 1950 to the late Charles & Edna (Strine)
Lewis of Cadillac, MI. On April 6, 1968 she married Douglas Brinks of
Cadillac, MI. Shortly after, they moved to Bay City, Michigan.

She is survived by her husband, Douglas; daughter, Jennifer (Christopher)
Williams; son, David (Mandy) Brinks; grandchildren, Rebecca (Carlo) Ruiz,
Zachary Putnam, Keneniah Williams, Autumn Brinks, and David Brinks Jr.; and
great-granddaughters, Gwenevere and Isabelle Ruiz. She is also survived by
her brother, Jack (Beverly) Lewis of Cadillac, Michigan; and sister, Patsy
Beerens of McBain, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents; good
friend, Marge Davidson; brother-in-law, Kenneth Beerens; and her dog,
Murphy, whom she loved so dearly.

Marsha will be remembered for her loving heart, friendship, and
dedication to her family and friends. She was very active in her church
until her vision prevented her from serving. For many years, she worked
in the kitchen for the Clover Leaf Club Bingo that supported the church,
helped in Sunday School, and many other activities, including making
hand stitched baptismal towels for over 20 years. Marsha enjoyed
bowling, reading, sewing and other crafts, playing games, camping, and
traveling.

Family was a very special part of her life, she was very close with her
children, brother, sister, nieces, and nephews. She was very active
in organizing the annual generational reunions of the Strine family. She
loved her grandchildren dearly and was very proud to be "GG" to her
great-granddaughters.

The family would like to thank the Michigan Services for the Blind for
their support and services over the years and the Bay County Division on
Aging.
