Obituary of Elaine Rose Marie Boehm
It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce that our beloved, Elaine Rose Marie (Wagner) Boehm, left us suddenly on August 21, 2024, to be with the Lord after 88 beautiful years. Born April 21,1936 to John and Mary (Ehrhardt) Wagner, who will rejoice with her in heaven, along with her 3 brothers John, Albert and Eugene.
She leaves behind her husband, William A. Boehm, with whom she shared 65 great years, their 3 children and their spouses, Amber (Will) Mobley, Mike (Missy) Boehm and Krystal (Phil) Comtois, grandchildren and their spouses Terisa (Art) Talamantez, Don (Adrianna) Mobley and great-grandchildren Jeremiah, Levi, Syanne and Adina. She also leaves 2 sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, adopted family, some very special friends and neighbors.
Elaine led a happy, fulfilling life in Saginaw, Michigan. She attended Arthur Hill High School, a cosmetology school, and worked at Mooney’s Ice Cream, Court St. Theater, a music store, the Bell Telephone, Co., as a care giver later in life at McBrite Manor and was a member of the UAW. She loved her fur babies and to cook, camp, garden, do puzzles of all kinds, and go to bazaars/rummage sales right to the end. But above all else, she loved her family, friends, all the family parties, meals and get-togethers the most.
She was a caring wife, loving mother and the best grand/great grandmother any one could ever want. She was a kind and gentle person with a giant heart. Her beautiful smile, quick witted humor and cute little banter is what we’ll miss the most.
Elaine was loved and will forever be our favorite.
Plans for a celebration of life will be announced at a later date for close friends and family.
