Werner was born June 17, 1980 to the late Wendy Mae Karg, and had been adopted by the late Gary Lee Karg. He passed away September 1, 2024.
He is survived by his ex-wife, Seanan Thatcher; sister, Heather Dawn Bledsoe; uncle, Raymond Grates; cousin, Michelle Grates Yax; and niece, Jessica McMahon. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Merilyn and Elmer Karg; and his aunt, Carol Grates.
