Obituary of Janet Annalee Moorhouse

Janet Annalee Moorhouse (Barber), passed away peacefully of natural causes on December 29, 2024, in Tawas City, MI.  Born in Wesbranch on January 13, 1954, Janet's life was marked by her devotion to her loved ones and her passion for the simple joys in life.

Raised in Rose City Janet was proud graduate of Ogemaw Heights High School. Married to Edward Moorhouse in 1971, Janet embraced her role as a wife, mother, and homemaker with unwavering dedication and love.

Her children, Teena Briggs (Moorhouse), Traci Richardson (Moorhouse), Trista Moorhouse, Travis Moorhouse, and Tobi Becker (Moorhouse), were the center of her world. Janet's interests were a reflection of her appreciation for the beauty in the world around her. 

She was an avid cook, a lover of gardening, and found peace in taking long walks on the beach and leisurely Sunday drives.
