Obituary of Wendy Sue Anderson

Please share a memory of Wendy to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

On Friday, January 3, 2025, Wendy (Warner) Anderson passed away surrounded by family in Saginaw, Michigan at the age of 74.

Wendy was born October 29, 1950, the first of six children to the late Duane and Joan (Holbin) Warner. She graduated from Midland High School in 1969 and married her first husband, William Hall. They welcomed their first child, Billy, who tragically passed away in infancy. Wendy found new love and married her late husband, Dale Anderson, in 1981. As many know, Wendy adored children and she shared her heart with many families over the 30 plus years of operating her at-home daycare.

Wendy is survived by her son Lawrence (Jessica) Anderson, stepdaughter Lisa Sierras, stepson Dale (Teresa) Anderson, adopted mother Judy Warner, siblings Shelly (Tim) Belfield, Tom (Kirsten) Warner, and Beth (Jim) Todd, many nephews and nieces including Emily and Audrey Deceus, and grandchildren Max Sierras, Eva Thorington, Kinley Anderson and Asher Anderson. In addition to her parents, husband, and first child, Wendy was proceeded in death by sisters Penny Jo Miller and Mary Lee Warner-Townsend.
