Mr. Manchester, age 74, died on Thursday November 27, 2014 at his home. Dale was born in Detroit, Michigan on November 14, 1940 to the late Elmer and Elizabeth (Hertel) Manchester. He served is country in the US Navy from 1959 to 1963 on the USS Essex Air craft carrier. He was a Tool and Die maker and machine assembler for Merrill Tool for over 20 years. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved Horses and everything involved with them. Mr. Manchester is survived by his wife Lois, their son Ken Manchester of Sanford, and his grandson Andrew Manchester of Sanford. The family would like to give special thanks to MidMichigan Medical Center Pulmonary Rehabilitation for all their loving care of Dale. A life celebration service will be held later in January 2015.
