Will miss you cousin Mike! You had a smile and laugh that would light up a room. So many fun memories when we were younger. Sorry you had to leave us, but content in knowing you are no longer suffering and are in the arms of our Lord.

Gary and I moved across the street from the Wright family early in our marriage. There was Art and Lenny and their children Bill, Roxanne, Mike, Gloria and Pat. What a wild and crazy bunch! They lived life to the fullest; were always up for a party or any kind of neighborhood gathering. Our children, who were quite a bit younger, adored the Wright family. They were full of fun and sometimes mischevious, but always kind. The siblings watched out for one another and watched out for our three kids as well.
Mike, we are proud of you. It was a pleasure watching you make your way through life. You will be missed. Please give our best to Lenny, Art and Patrick as they welcome you home.
We love you!
Sharon and Gary Kackmeister

I'll never forget the trip to Tennessee to buy fireworks, and seeing the little old lady spitting out her chewing tobacco and probably carrying moonshine on the back roads in the hills of Kentucky. Of course, Cumberland Falls was fantastic too. Marsha, you and I go back a long time growing up in the same neighborhood. You were even our paperboy when I was a kid. Your infectious laugh will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace.

Spending long lazy summer weeks swimming in his pool, playing horseshoe and card-game tournaments, listening to his ground-breaking philosophical ideas while sitting by the campfire, eating his monster-burgers (after which never wanting to eat again), the cut-off jean shorts (that only he could get away with). We didn't get to visit as often as I would have liked, but every time I saw him it was like time had not passed since we had seen each other last.

Brother Mike called me often. I will remember those calls always, and will miss them forever. We always ended with "I Love You!"

My memory is when we were younger Mike was always outside cleaning his car with his cut off but Jean shorts which I think he still has. Girls would drive by yelling out the window. He was in his glory listening to his music. I will miss his big brown eyes. He was a great brother.
