Watkins, Jessie E. Bay City, MI After a life well lived and enjoyed, Jessie (95 Years), entered into her Heavenly home on February 16, 2015. Jessie is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Walt Engelhardt, son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Jean Rankin. Cherishing her memory are five grandchildren and five great grandchildren, as well as dear friends, especially Shirley Iler and Dory Rosengard and loving neighbors.
