Joe, age 77, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Carey's Young at Heart of Caro. He was born to the late George and Ellen (Walraven) Horner on February 14, 1938. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. Joe is survived by his daughter Leeann Vanderlooven; grandsons, Eric and David Vanderlooven; estranged daughter, Particia Allen; sister, Marcella Knapp; and brother, Larry Horner. He was predeceased by his wife Connie (Helber); daughter, Helen; sisters Marie Clifford, Fern Courville, Ann Meldrum; brothers, Jim, George, Robert, Donald, & John. No service is planned. In lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to Carey's Young at Heart, 1341 S Colling Rd, Caro MI 48723.
