Obituary of Kathleen E. Stevens

Stevens, Kathleen E. Kawkawlin, Michigan Mrs. Stevens, age 65, died on Friday October 30, 2015 at her home. Kathleen was born in Bay City on July 31, 1950 to Carl and Mary Jane (Bashaw) Elliott. Kathleen is a member of St. Bartholomew Lutheran Church and St. Bart's Ladies Aide. She was a CNA at Bay Medical Care Facility for over 10 years. Kathleen loved to go riding with her husband Preston on their Harley. She was the most loving grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her 3 wonderful grandchildren. Mrs. Stevens is survived by her husband Preston, their 2 sons; Jerry (Kim) Stevens of Bay City, and Kirt (Kristi) Stevens of Kawkawlin. Also surviving are her 3 grandchildren; Jake, Kollin and Kara, her mother Mary Jane Elliott of West Branch, 2 brothers and 2 sisters; David( Lora) Elliott of TN, Daniel (Trisha) Elliott of Bay City, Chris (Ed) Scherf of TN, and Sue (Robert) Wright of Kawkawlin, and many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces , Nephews and Cousings. She was preceded in death by her grandson J.J. and her father Carl. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday November 5, 2015 at St. Bartholomew Lutheran Church, 2460 S. Fraser Road, Kawkawlin (Bikers Welcome). The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.
