Obituary of Nancy J. Goodman

Goodman, Nancy J. Midland, MI Nancy passed quietly on November 30, 2015 after a long battle with many illnesses at the age of 84. She was born in Midland Michigan on October 18, 1931 to the late Alton Morris Smith and Frances Marie (Jaster) Smith. After graduating from Midland High School, Joanne married Carl Arthur Johnson. They had 2 children, Eric C. Johnson and Carri L Carter. Carl preceded her in death. Joey as she preferred to be called, drove for the Midland Public Schools Transportation System and Midland Dial A Ride System. Joey loved spending time with family and friends and was a groupie for the Marv Herzog Polka Band. Her children will miss her sense of humor but take comfort in knowing Joey is reunited with all those who have gone before her.
