Joe passed away Saturday, December 19, 2015 at the age of 70. He was born in Bay City Michigan on March 4, 1945 to the late Norman and Marie Schalk. He was retired from R.W.C. Inc. in Bay City. He is survived by his wife Virginia; children, Mark (Kathy), Mike (Deann), Joey and fiancée Melidy, William (Misty); sisters, Mary Ann, Micky, Charmaine and Shirley; brother Norm; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his daughter Anne.
