Obituary of Paul A. Wilson

Paul A. Wilson AuGres, MI Paul A. Wilson, age79, died Monday, January 11, 2016 at McLaren Bay Region. He was born May 23, 1936 in Ann Arbor to the late Mildred and Floyd Wilson. In 1953 he moved from Wayne to Au Gres MI and graduated from Au Gres Sims High in 1954. He served in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper, and returned to Au Gres after his military service. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and among his many passions were racing cars and snowmobiles. His real love was his family and never missed an opportunity to attend a sporting event that his children or grandchildren were in. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Thelma (Zimmerman) Wilson; daughters, Cyndee Wilson (Steven) Crawford, Judy Wilson (Ted) Neptune, Sandra Wilson (Guy) Vance; sister, Cecile Wilson Bock; grandchildren, Teresa Neptune, Kenneth Neptune, Jonathan Neptune, Andrew (Chelsey) Crawford, Anna Crawford, Michael Gay, Racheal Horn (John) Goodroe; great grandchildren, Caleb Neptune and Deacon Crawford.
