Obituary of Chester S. Hulett

Chester S. Hulett Jr, our dear father, changed his earthly address to a Heavenly one, April 14th 2016. Age 93, born in Durand, Michigan August 29th 1922 to Chester S. Hulett Sr and Grace (Ross) Hulett. Chet worked for the Dow Chemical Co starting at a very young age in the Graphite division. He retired after 30 years while working at the Agricultural Dept. Chet married Betty (King) on April 1st, Easter Sunday in 1945 and celebrated 71 years of marriage this year. Chester is survived by his wife Betty, daughter Connie Herr (William) Midland, daughter Diana Harrell (Robert), Midland and was predeceased by son Clyde, Nov 21, 2015 and daughter-in-law, Clare June 15, 2015 Also surviving is Grandson James and (Mary) Elmore of Midland, Great Grandson Bradley and (Becca) Elmore, Great Great Grandson Benjamin Elmore of Clinton Township, Mich. and Grandson Adam Elmore, Dallas, TX. Granddaughter Brookelyn (Wendell) Bradley of Thomasville, NC and Great Grandson Jonathan. Granddaughter Afton Jennings-Davis and Great-grandson Tanis Davis of Sanford, Mi. Granddaughter Suzette Hulett Ahrens (Adam) and Great Grandsons, Brandon and Jason and Great Granddaughter Brianna all of Rose City. Also surviving is his brother Chuck (Teresa) Hulett and Nephew Alex all of Big Bear California. We wish to thank Intelicare Hospice for the thoughtful and loving way they helped our father and us through this journey, Jenine you became family to us.
