Mrs. Dennis, age 82, died on Friday June 17, 2016. Joan was born in Bay City on August 26, 1933 to the late Lawrence and Lillian (Cater) Trombley. She worked in customer service at Dow Corning for 25 years retiring in 1995. Joan enjoyed golfing and skiing. Mrs. Dennis is survived by her 2 sons; Steven (Deborah) Dennis of Woonsocket, RI and Gerald "Jerry" Dennis of Bay City. Also surviving are a granddaughter Stacey Martley of RI, and great grandchildren; Ryan and Cameron. She was preceded in death by her sisters; Lorraine and Joyce and brother in law Wayne. A memorial service will be announced later.
