Obituary of Clarence Junior Near

Near, Clarence Junior Hemlock, MI On Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at his home in his wife's arms, Clarence went home to be with his Lord and Savior. He was born in Bad Axe Michigan on September 19, 1932 to the late Clarence and Erma (Rapson) Near. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Army in Germany. He enjoyed camping and wildlife. His love of God and family was felt by everyone, especially his grandchildren who were not just a part of his life, but were his life and greatest joy. He is survived by Linda, his wife of 60 years; 3 daughters and a son, Debbie (Mike) Ludlum, Sue (Dave) Jurek, Barb Near, Don (Debbie) Near;14 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 2 PM at Faith Baptist Church, 4690 Tittabawassee, Saginaw MI. In lieu of flowers, those considering an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to Faith Baptist Church, 4690 Tittabawassee, Saginaw MI.
