Obituary of Janet L. Coon

Coon, Janet L. West Branch, Michigan Mrs. Coon, age 55, passed away peacefully, on Sunday August 21, 2016 at Covenant Healthcare after a short battle of cancer. Janet enjoyed the job as the activity director of the former Bortz Health Care of Rose City. She loved the residents she cared for there. She enjoyed camping and spending time with her granddaughter. Mrs. Coon is survived by her husband of 16 years Michael Coon. Also surviving is her daughter Leanne Outen ( Jason Rose) of West Branch, her granddaughter Katelynn, her father and step mother James (Carol) Holeman of Midland, mother and step father Joyce (Jerry) Rydman of Saginaw, brother Glen (Kathy) Holeman of Austin, TX, sister Marsha (Ben) McNally of Merrill and nieces and nephew. She was preceded in death by her son Kevin (K.C.) Coulson and sister Donna Jones. The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors at Covenant Healthcare and Seton Cancer Center in West Branch for their wonderful care that they gave to Janet. A memorial will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Saginaw for family and close friends on Saturday September 10, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
