Obituary of Elizabeth Ann Hawley

Hawley, Elizabeth Ann Sebewaing, MI Elizabeth passed away September 24, 2016 at the age of 62. She was born in Union City Tennessee, December 2, 1953 to Robert and Sarah (Denson) Spitznas. She was a phlebotomist, enjoyed Bible Studies, Christian and Country Music, spending time in Tennessee, serving others through various charities, spending time with her family, and especially the times spent with her grandbabies. She married John Hawley July 23, 1983 in Arizona, and he predeceased her. She is survived by her 4 children, Robert Spitznas of White Lake MI, Patrick Gola of Sebewaing MI, Brian (Jenni) Gola of Shepherd MI, and Sarah (Mike) Geeck of Coleman MI; step-daughter, Christine Rhodes of Detroit MI; 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; father, Robert Spitznas of Garden City MI; brother, Robert Timothy (Maude) Spitznas of White Lake MI; 6 nieces; a nephew; and many cousins. She was predeceased by her mother, Sarah and 3 brothers, Dennis, Danny, and Mike. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at 2 PM at Faith United Methodist Church, 203 Jefferson Street, Coleman, MI 48618. Pastor Nate Reed will officiate.
