Obituary of Elaine Ruth Neal

Neal, Elaine Ruth Midland, Michigan Passed away on October 12, 2016, at the age of 69. She was born In Bay City on November 18, 1946 to the late Clarence and Rena Metzger of Beaverton, Michigan. Elaine worked for many years at Mid Michigan Medical Center in Midland, Michigan. She enjoyed traveling when she could, and caring for her parents as they grew older. She also enjoyed keeping her mother's AVON business going for many years, sweeping her parent's swimming pool, mowing the lawn and taking care of those around her. She is survived by three children: William D. Neal and his wife Michelle, Alec S. Neal, and Michelle R. Neal; one grandchild, Marissa Neal; four siblings, Thomas Metzger and his wife Ileen, Paul Metzger, Kathleen Metzger and her husband Jeffrey Borsodi, and James Metzger. She was predeceased by one sister-in-law, Rosemary Metzger. Memorial Services will be held at 3 PM, Thursday, October 20, 2016, at the Hyatt Ewald Funeral Home, 700 N. Monroe St., Bay City, Michigan 48708. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, October 20, 2016 from 12 noon until service time at 3PM.
