Obituary of Marlene A. Richard

Richard, Marlene Bay City, MI Marlene, age 75, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016. Marlene was born in Bay City on October 30, 1941 to the late Herbert and Josephine (Nowicki) Wechsler. She enjoyed shopping, sunbathing, and having fun with family and friends. Marlene is survived by her daughters, Leslie (Bill) Bierlein and Danielle (Mark) Shotwell, both of Bay City. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren, Justin (Courtney) Habina, Heather (Dan) Cobley, Brendon Shotwell, Allison Shotwell, Amanda (David) Patton, Jacob Bierlein; 6 great grandchildren, Makalah, Cooper, Tanner, Benjamin, Zachary, & William; two sisters, Lorena Hintz and Cheryl Stopyak; many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence Richard and her brother, Richard Palm. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church of Bridgeport. A Celebration of Life will be held at Portsmouth Township Hall on Saturday November 12, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, those considering an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to First Baptist Church of Bridgeport or the charity of the donor's choice.
