Obituary of Janice M. Gassman

If love alone could have kept you here, you would have lived forever… Janice M. Gassman Bay City, MI Passed away peacefully, Tuesday November 22, 2016 at McLaren Bay Region Hospital. She was born February 12, 1941 in Bay City, to the late Howard and Ella (Trombley) Mosher. Janice loved to watch old movies, doing puzzles and crosswords and anything to do with Elvis. Most of all she loved the Lord! She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, and was devoted to Jack Gonea for 39 years. She is preceded in death by her parents Howard and Ella Mosher, Sisters Judy Gilbreath, Thelma Mosher, Brothers Sony Mosher, Thomas Mosher, and Son-in-Law Gene Brewster. She is survived by Brother Donald Mosher (Ruth), Sister-in-law Lucille Mosher, her children Jamie Sharon, Julie Brewster, Roger Gassman, Jaynee Gassman and Ryan Gonea. Her grandchildren, Shanon, Shane, Mike, Jeanna, Matt, Tom, Roger Jr., Andy, Ryan and Sophia, and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. A short Memorial Service will be held Thursday December 1, 2016 at the St. Patrick's Cemetery Chapel, 805 Ridge Road, Bay City, MI at 10:00 a.m. with interment of Janice and Jack in the Pope John Paul Colmunbarium immediately following (10:30). A Celebration of Life with brunch will be held at the Monitor Township Hall, 2483 Midland Road, Bay City MI at 11:30.
