James Lyle Slee took his last breath on Tuesday December 6,2016. James was born in Bay City, Michigan on October 22,1956 to the late Lyle Loraine Slee and Virginia Marion Slee (Polk). James leaves behind his children Windy Govitz and Pete of Loomis, James and Tamra Govitz of Midland, David Slee and Joe Slee of Midland, 3 grandchildren Scotty, Julie and Athena, 4 step grandchildren Amanda, Jessica, Sara and Samantha, 1 step great grandchild Greyson, 1 brother Fred Lynch, 1 sister Susan Hephner (Slee), good friend Tina Zielinski, and her son Josh. James was predeceased by 3 brothers Bill, Mick and Gary Lynch and a step grandson Casey. A memorial service in his honor will be held at Midland Baptist Church on Monday, December 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor James Payne officiating.
