Obituary of Thomas F. Pero

Pero, Thomas Francis Bay City, MI Thomas passed away February 9, 2017 at the age of 71. He was born February 20, 1945 to the late Robert and Cecelia (Matevia) Pero. He retired from the City of Bay City after working as a custodian at the Bay Metro water treatment plant. He was a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus #414 and the Top Hats Club at Bay County Medical Care Facility. He is survived by his daughter, Luanne Marie (Brian) Sabourin of Bay City; brother, Robert Pero of South Branch; sisters, Mary Lou Lutz of Bay City, Carol (Hank) Cieslinski of Auburn, Margaret (Bill) DeShano of Kawkawlin, and Jean Davert of Bay City; sister-in-law Joann Pero of Kingsley; many nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his sibilings, William, Edward, Richard, Patrick, George, and June Pero. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 6 P.M. at the Hyatt Ewald Funeral Home, 700 N. Monroe St., Bay City, MI. Fr. Dale Orlik will officiate. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to the Bay County Humane Society or the Wishes of the Family.
