Obituary of Laura L. Wellman

Wellman, Laura L. Saginaw, Michigan Laura Lynne Wellman, age 53 passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Monday, May 22, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer. Laura was born in Saginaw on November 25, 1963. She was a graduate of Hemlock High School class of 1981 & Delta College 1983. She worked for Looby, Baumgarten, CPA until her retirement. Laura enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, baking, doing puzzles and spending time with family and friends. Surviving Laura are her loving children Will and Katee Wellman, their father Wm. David Wellman and his friend Sue Wyman, father Lynn (Janice) McManus, sister Sue (Dan) Hart, Niece and Nephew Brooke and Jake Hart, Special Friends Donna, Dale and Janet, and her beloved pets Mikey, Minnie, Frisco, Peanut and Twinkie. Waiting to greet her in Heaven are her Mother Judith McManus, in-laws Fred & Joan Wellman, favorite dog Hershey Kisses and several relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, May 28, 2017 at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 2565 N. Miller Rd., Saginaw at 1:00pm. Family will be present from 12:00pm until the time of service.
