Beloved father, grandfather and brother, passed away June 22, 2017, surrounded by his loving family, age 64 years. He was the son of the late Mariano R. Saenz and Helena (Bustillas) Saenz. Ruben was born July 28, 1952 in Saginaw, Michigan. Ruben retired from General Motors- Grey Iron after 20 years of service. Ruben was a member of the Catholic Faith. Ruben enjoyed watching sports especially the Detroit Tigers, playing cards and socializing with friends and family.
Surviving are three sons, Jeremy and Ruben Jr of Saginaw and Scott of Panama City Florida; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews. Ruben was the fourth born of six brothers – Mario, Riverside California- Preston, East Jordan Michigan- Herbert, Midland Michigan- Ricky and Arthur of Saginaw. Three sisters, Elia (Elaine) DelValle Saginaw-Elvia DeAlmar, Orlando Florida- Adela Burrola, Miami Florida.
