Sally Fransee

Obituary of Sally Fransee

Fransee, Sally (Everitt) Rose City, MI Sally passed away June 26, 2017 at the Villa in Rose City, surrounded by her family. Sally was born on November 4, 1957 in Bay City, to Calvin & Jayne Everitt. Although her name was originally Nanette, her parents graciously changed it to Sally. She was raised on the Everitt family farm, on Esmond Road in Rose City. Sally graduated from Ogemaw Heights in 1975, and married her high school sweetheart, Dan Fransee on February 15, 1976. The couple stayed close to the family farm, building a home on Esmond Road, where they stayed for 18 years, raising their two children, Dan & Tiffany. Sally had an energic colorful spirit, full of life. As a child, she loved being outside aiming to have fun, primarily with her cousins. There was never a snowdrift they didn't conquer to plow through on their snowmobiles. In school, she played basketball, was a cheerleader and had many friends, most of which remained friends her entire life. She spent the majority of her adult career as a real estate agent/office manager at Century 21 Benjamin Realty. When not at work, she could be found donating her time at one of her children's ball games, keeping the books straight, or managing the 4H bowling league. She loved Michigan, and all of its seasons. In the summer, she was either sneaking off to the family pool to catch a nap on a raft, camping with family and friends, walking on a sandy beach, or just enjoying the Everitt family cabin on East Twin Lake, in Lupton. Sally loved flower gardening, and had a real knack at it. In winter months, she rarely missed a Sunday family fun-day of riding snow machines, and having a barbeque in the woods with family and friends. In later years, Sally enjoyed spending time with her 3 granddaughters, Dylan, Layne, and Marlee, which were her pride and joy! She leaves behind her husband, Dan Fransee, of Rose City; son, Dan (Amy) Fransee, of West Branch; daughter, Tiffany (John) Klingler, of Rose City; granddaughters, Dylan & Layne Klingler, of Rose City, and Marlee Fransee, of West Branch; and her mother, Jayne Everitt, of Rose City. Also surviving are her brothers, Kevin (Candy) Everitt, of Rose City; Don Everitt, of Boston, and Pete (Brandi) Everitt, of Rose City; manany nephews, nieces, and cousins. Sally was preceded in death by her father, Calvin Everitt. The family would like to thank the special friends that always came to put a smile on Sally's face, Julie Beleck, Bonnie Harris, Amy Beach, Patti Fetters, and Robin Fransee. We will always remember that you were there for our beautiful lady! We would also like to thank all of those involved in keeping Sally comfortable and happy, for as long as they could.
