Cheryl was the best of friends and such a caring and giving person. One great lady always willing to help others. We had some fun times and good laughs. Cheryl graciously stepped up and helped me prepare food when we hosted the deer hunts for the veterans and they loved her for it. She even made pineapple upside down cake (truly the best ever) and packed some up for one of the vets to take home with him on the plane.
We often did white caning, for the Lions, together outside of Wingerts and Cheryl always helped those long two hours standing in the cold or rain go faster.
She will always hold a special place in my heart and I will miss her more than words can say.
God Bless you sweet lady!

Cheryl will be greatly missed by me and my family. She did so much for so many and loved deeply. May she continue to use her voice to magnify the LORD in the heavenly realms. My prayers go out to Lon, Janet, Gail, all the grandchildren and Del and Elva on the loss they are and will continue to experience by the departure of their loved one. Love, healing and comfort to you all. Cousin Roxanne Wentworth, Starla and Autumn!

I can't put into words what Aunt Cheryl and Uncle Lon mean to us. Aunt Cheryl was very special, she will be deeply missed. She was like a Mom to us. I will miss our talks, her smile and her hugs. These are my words but they don't even come close to what she meant to us.

Cheryl will be very missed and she was loved by everyone. She always had a positive attitude and a 'never give up' determination. I have so many great memories with Cheryl and Lon and their girls. We were together a lot more when the kids were young and now they all have families of their own.
Cheryl had a dynamic voice and sang country music with the Sugar River Boys. She is our cousin and we are so sad that she is gone. Love and Prayers to Lon, Janet, Gail and all their families., Love Barbara Barnes

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful my Aunt Cheryl is. She has a heart of Gold and her actions always showed it. She was always looking out for everyone's best interests.
I remember the time we were leaving her house after a fun party. (SHE LOVED throwing FAMILY PARTIES!) I just got my permit. As I was backing my parents new Suburban out of her driveway my Mom yelled at me to "give it some gas and get going!" I pushed the pedal to hard and smashed into a small tree. It caused significant damage. Aunt Cheryl came right over and gave me a huge hug and smiled and she told me, "Life happens, let it go because the rest of the family that saw it would never let you live it down. Especially since you are the sober one! I promise not to talk about it." She knew how to make you laugh and think positive. That thing has now turned to a pile of rust and because of her I have a fond memory of that event.
Her love for life and for others shined through in all she did and said. I will always cherish the memories of her great Easter Family Parties! Wow did she make the world's most delicious meatballs!! Even when she was struggling with her health she out worked all of us with a smile on her face!!
When my Mom was struggling with her health and dying she was there for us. Her gentle hugs and kind words got me through some tough times. She was there for Jeff's brain surgeries making sure I had family around us for support. I will always treasure her prayers.
I hope I will always honor her in my service and relationships to others here on Earth. She sure set a high bar. Heaven gained a great lady for sure. I am looking forward to spending eternity worshipping Jesus with her. Aunt Cheryl has an amazing voice!
Uncle Lon, Janet, Gail, Douggie, Anelia, Zach and Joe you are all in my prayers. May you all find Peace and Comfort knowing that she is with Jesus and has a perfect body with no sickness, pain or suffering. I love you all very much. And better yet Jesus Loves you too!!
