After a fight with cancer, Darla passed away Thursday morning, September 21, 2017. She was born in Bad Axe Michigan on March 26, 1950 to the late Florence M. (Schave) Shepherd and George W. Shepherd.
She is survived by her children, her son Shawn D. (Susan M.) Shuart and her daughter, Dawn R. (Aaron M.) Darland; 6 grandchildren; daughter in-law Sue J. Shuart; brothers, Dennis D. Shepherd and Darrell L. Shepherd; and her sister, Dianne L. Errer. She was predeceased by her husband Kerry Brent Shuart and her son Shannon "Todd" Shuart.
