Obituary of Clarence E. Kopsell

Kopsell, Clarence E. Lake, MI Clarence, age 86, passed away March 11, 2018 at his home with family at his side. He was born December 31, 1931 in Crystal Lake IL. to the late George E. and Lillian E. (Wilson) Kopsell. Clarence was a Korean War Veteran, retiring from the Army with 100% disability in March 1953. Clarence married Donna Brandeberry, July 23, 1952 in Woodstock IL. Clarence and Donna enjoyed owning and operating an assisted living home for 38 years. Clarence came from a large family with many sisters and brothers: Linda Levand, Dorothy Gibson, Barbara Murry, Lucielle Cummings, Florence Irwin, Darlene Gathman, Don Kopsell, George Kopsell, Kennith Kopsell, Vernon Kopsell, Jim Kopsell, and Bill Kopsell. He is survived by his daughters, Susan Easlick of Lake, MI. and Sandra Reid Bragg of Arcadia FL. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive. He was predeceased by his wife Donna. There will be a grave side service with military honors planned for a later date.
