Obituary of Sharon Marie Schultz
Sharon Marie Schultz, age 72, of Saginaw and Lake George, passed away Tuesday March 27, 2018 surrounded by family in the comfort of her own home. She was born on November 27, 1945 to Jonas A. and Marie (Lloyd) Schultz. She was a 1963 graduate of Arthur Hill High School.
Sharon was employed by Eaton Corporation for over 30 years where she became the first female supervisor of shipping. After retirement she went to work for Setech.
Some of Sharon's passions included fast pitch softball, jeeping, cars, snowmobiling, bowling, golfing, boating, music, cooking, reading, casinos, the Tigers, and most of all relaxing at the cottage with a manhattan in hand. She was always there for anyone who needed a helping hand. But most of all, she loved to share a joke with friends and family. She made everyone she knew laugh, and her humor was unsurpassed!
Family members left to cherish her memory are: her partner Theresa Monahan; Tom (Margaret) Schultz, Terry (Nancy) Schultz, & Judy Chase; sisters-in-law, Donna Schultz & Carolyn Schultz; many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and of course her dog Sophie. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother Richard Schultz.
Sharon's request was to be cremated and a memorial in her honor will be held at a later date.
