Obituary of Mario Arturo Llamas

Llamas, Mario Arturo Saginaw, MI Mr. Mario A. Llamas, age 48 of Saginaw, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Henry Ford Hospital with his family by his side. Mario was born in Saginaw, MI on September 21, 1969 to Francisco and Josephine Llamas. He graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1988, and married the love of his life, Kristy Garrett on March 26, 2001. He worked at Hemlock Semiconductor for many years, and enjoyed fishing, bicycle motor cross, and rock music. Mario loved his family and treasured his friends. Mario will live on in more than just our hearts and minds. His generosity as a gift of life organ donor, allowed others to live healthier and happier lives. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Kristy Garrett Llamas; two daughters, Jessica Ernst (Kaitlin Angelopolos), and Kaily Nowosatko; parents, Josephine and Francisco R. Llamas; siblings, Linda (Alfredo) Llamas –Rangel, Victor (Donna) Llamas, Susan (Jesse) Gonzales, Sylvia (John) Llamas- Fossen, Maria (Paul) Borle, Dyanna (Arthur) Fields; special friends, Jay Langeneck and Robert Renner. He was predeceased by his siblings, Irene Salinas, Francisco R. Llamas Jr., and Angelita "Angie" Gomez. His day of celebration is May 26, 2018 at the Washington Irish Pub, Bay City, MI from 12 Noon - 3pm.
