Obituary of Gregg Francis Orr

Gregg Francis Orr, age 68 of Whittemore, passed away on May 16, 2018 at McLaren Regional Medical Center in Bay City, MI with family by his side. Gregg was born September 27, 1949 in Pontiac to Alton and Wilhelmina Orr. Gregg worked in farming, logging and construction. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping and feeding his birds. Gregg is survived by his wife Darlene, of Whittemore, whom he married August 31, 1968. Also surviving are his sons Jeffrey (Paige) Orr of Prescott and Christopher (Chrissy) Orr of Hale; his mother, Wilhelmina Orr of Hale; his beloved grandchildren, Ruth, Avery, Wyatt and Josi; brothers, Dean(Penny) Orr and children of Imlay City, Ron (Sue) Orr and children of West Branch; many other "special" family and friends; and special pets Bella and Abby. Gregg was preceded in death by his father Alton Orr Jr. Cremation has taken place, and a Memorial Service will be held at 1 PM, August 4, 2018 at Logan Township Hall, 4507 M-55, Prescott MI.
